Evacuation

Evacuation systems need to be tough in order to withstand all kinds of conditions. The Benvic compounds used for these applications are highly rigid and resistant to weather and impact. They comply with both the DIN 19534 (PVC-U), VST/B/50 >79°C and the EN 1565-1 (SAN + PVC), VST/B/50 >90°C standards. They are also very easy to process with high extrusion speed.

Evacuation fittings

The fittings for evacuation systems need to have the same characteristics as the systems themselves. The Benvic compounds for these have high thermal resistance to help them to withstand extreme conditions. They are compliant with the DIN 19534 (PVC-U), Vicat B > 77°C and the EN 1565-1 (SAN + PVC) Vicat B > 90°C standards, even for thin wall components and have excellent processability.

Foodstuff

Benvic proposes special products for transport of foodstuff, in accordance with many different European and international standards, such as BFR, FDA CFR 21, EU 2002/72.
Examples of applications are milk and wine transport.
