ProVinyl

ProVinyl was created in order to bring together the ranges of flexible and rigid PVC solutions from all of our PVC plants. The result is one of the largest catalogues of PVC reference materials on the market. It also includes more specific uses, such as the KCC conductive PVC family and innovations in recycled-based grades.​Efficient and versatile, and 100% recyclable, PVC has properties that are completely at home within the circular economy model. Main applications include construction, cabling, cable management, fluid transportation, healthcare, automotive.​

ProVinyl

Xtended materials

Our innovative technical polymers, such as polyolefins and thermoplastic elastomers, are grouped into Xtended materials. Produced in Spain and Italy, our Xtended solutions are mainly used for producing cables, consumer goods such as appliance or footwear, electric & electronic appliances, and in the automotive industry. Within this line, the Linkflex trademark covers a family of products made for halogen-free electrical cables, serving low voltage energy applications. The Linkflex series will also be deployed for datacom and industrial cables.

Xtended materials

Plantura

The Plantura range has been created to respond to a growing demand for bio-based and compostable polymers. Plantura is bio-based for sustainable applications, thus bringing value to the design of eco-responsible products. Benvic is proud to propose a line of products which promote and protect our natural resources. Our compostable coffee pods and food-grade cling films, for instance, show that more sustainable practices are possible.

Plantura

Medical

 

Benvic’s medical division provides mission-critical compounds to some of the largest global players in the medical devices industry. Benvic’s solutions serve a wide variety of medical applications such as diagnostics devices, ophthalmic devices, medical packaging, etc. The production process of medical-grade compounds is similar to, but more stringent than that of standard compounds. The former requires a sterile white room. Products must also meet rigorous technical requirements and specific homologations are compulsory. Our teams make sure that our certified medical products exceed the demands and regulations.
